Marketing is key to successful rentals. Cardinal Property Management provides an expert market analysis for each property we manage to maximize your return on investment.

Tenant Screening

We conduct extensive screening on all tenants and handle everything from moving your qualified tenant into their new home, to rent collection, to handling maintenance issues.

Rent Collection

We make sure you get paid on time, every time. You no longer have to worry about when rent will be showing up in your bank account because we take care of everything.

Maintenance

We conduct inspections upon move-in, every 6 months at minimum and move-out that include documentation of the property’s condition and ensure all maintenance issues are addressed in a timely manner.

Financial Reporting

With our detailed financial reporting tools, it's never been easier to keep tabs on your investment. Log into your owner portal to view statements and stay in tune with how your investment is performing.

Tenant Placement

We charge a flat fee for professional evaluation, marketing, tenant screening, execution of lease agreement and supervision of move-in. You handle rent collection and maintenance requests.

30 Day Rental Guarantee

If we are unable to lease your home in 30 days or less we will give you ONE month management free! This means we will WAIVE your first month management fee.

Results Guarantee

With our results guarantee you don’t pay us until we show results! If we are leasing your property for you, we do all the work up front and you don’t pay us until you get a qualified tenant. That means we aggressively market and show your property, screen the tenants, handle all of the paperwork and perform a move in inspection...all before we get paid anything.

Leasing Guarantee

Our leasing guarantee states that if a tenant does not fulfill at least 10 months of a lease term, we will find you a new tenant for free.

Pet Guarantee

For any pet that we approve, we guarantee our owners up to $1,000 in damage protection for any pet damage above and beyond what the security deposit covers.
