When is rent due and how do I pay rent?
Per your rental contract, rent is due on the 1st of the month and later after the 5th of the month. You can pay rent online through your tenant portal. -
Why do I need renters insurance?
Tenants need to acquire renter insurance to cover many liabilities that they are exposed to. Renters are responsible for everything that happens inside their rental unit or on their rented property. Here are some examples of why you should have renters insurance. A flood destroys all your personal property. A neighbor throws a ball through your window. A criminal steals your personal belongings. A fire burns down your unit. A friend hurts themselves on your property and sues you. -
What is the charge if my rent is late?
A late fee of 5% of the rental rate is posted to your tenant account on the morning of the 6th each month. -
How do I make a repair request?
Tenants can easily submit a repair request by logging into their tenant portal. -
Who do I call if I lost the keys to my home?
Per the lease terms, if keys are lost, it is the responsibility for the tenant to pay for rekeying the lock and providing a copy to the management company. -
I want to get a pet. What should I do?
If you are renting a pet friendly property, pets must be approved PRIOR to obtaining the pet. Pets must be approved through PetScreening, if approved, pet fees would apply. -
What happens if my pet dies in the middle of my lease?
While we are sorry that you lost your beloved pet, pet fees are not refundable. -
My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What should I do?
Notice must be received by your landlord in writing per the terms of Page 1 of your lease. -
How long does it take to get my deposit back once I move out?
Within 30-days after the termination of your tenancy, CPM must send you either a full refund of your deposit or a written itemized accounting of any deductions along with any remaining refund amount.
